Gucci Mane arrested for 'pushing woman out of a car'

Gucci Mane was arrested on Friday (April 8) near Atlanta on a battery charge for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving car.

The rapper was picked up by DeKalb County Police in relation to the alleged incident, which occurred in January, reports Hollywoodreporter.com.

Police say Mane pushed a woman out of a moving car after meeting her in a shopping mall, inviting her for breakfast and attempting to offer her money to go to a hotel with him.

The woman was treated in a hospital for "soreness and pain".

Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, will be charged with breach of probation as well as battery. He has spent time in jail for for cocaine possession and assault in the past.
