Gym Class Heroes working on new album 'The Papercut Chronicles II'
Gym Class Heroes are midway through writing their new album 'The Papercut Chronicles II'.

The release will be the follow-up to 2008's 'The Quilt' and is billed as the sequel to 2005's 'The Papercut Chronicles'.

Speaking to MTV News, vocalist Travis McCoy revealed that the band have written 30-35 demos for the album and are working hard to get the effort finished as soon as possible.

"We had a really awesome session right before this tour started, and we got a lot done," he said. "We're definitely in the stages now where we're definitely picking the cream of the crop. The songs are starting to take shape and come together."

McCoy also announced that Maroon 5 vocalist Adam Levine will guest on a song called 'Stereo Hearts'.
