Haim have announced details of a UK and Ireland tour to take place in December.

The trio of sisters will play seven gigs in total, including a date at The Forum in London. Starting in Norwich on December 4, Haim will play gigs in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, London and Glasgow, before heading to Ireland on December 13 to play The Academy in Dublin. Tickets for all dates go on sale at 10am on Friday, August 30.

Haim release their debut album 'Days Are Gone' on September 30. Full details of the album, which will include the singles 'Falling' and 'Don't Save Me', can be seen here.

This weekend (August 23-25) Haim hooked up with Phoenix backstage at Reading Festival, with the French band teaching them how to speak their language. The French alt-rockers taught the LA trio phrases such as the line "hurry up with my damn croissants!" from Kanye West's 'Yeezus' and "where can I get the best steak-frites in Paris?".
