Plus Pavarotti scores single success

Hard-Fi have topped the album charts tonight (September 9).

'Once Upon A Time In West' has topped the album charts knocking Newton Faulkner's 'Hand Built By Robots' off the top spot.

Meanwhile Klaxons have experienced a bounce from winning Nationwide Mercury Music Prize with album 'Myths Of The Near Future' rising from Number 65 to Number 41.

Meanwhile nominee Bat For Lashes also rose from Number 162 to Number 48 with 'Fur And Gold'.

On the singles chart the re-release of 'Young Folks' by Peter, Bjorn and John enters at Number 38, Pavarotti who passed away last week (September 6) enters at Number 24 with 'Nessun Dorma' Girls Aloud had the highest new entry at Number Five with 'Sexy! No, No No'.

Meanwhile following Pavarotti' death the Puccini aria 'Nessun Dorma' he became famous for during the 1990 world cup has returned to the charts on downloads going in at Number 24.

Sean Kingston has kept the top spot with 'Beautiful Girls'.
