Hot Chip have unveiled a brand new one-off single called 'Dark & Stormy'.

The five-minute track premiered on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show last night (June 3) and is now available to hear online. Scroll down and click 'play' to have a listen.

'Dark & Stormy' is the electro band's first new recording since last year's 'In Our Heads' album. Like that album, it was recorded with Mark Ralph at his Club Ralph studio in London.

'Dark & Stormy' will be released officially on 10" and download on July 22. The B-side is a new version of 'Look At Where We Are', a track from 'In Our Heads', which now features Tori and Reiko Kudo from Japanese folk-psych collective Maher Shalal Hash Baz, who have apparently "revocalled the track in their native tongue".

Hot Chip have ten live dates lined up across Europe and North America this summer. Their sole UK performance will take place at Latitude Festival in Sussex on July 20 and they'll play a headline show in Dublin the following day.
