Hot Chip played a high-octane set at the T In The Park festival this evening (July 13), playing an energetic show in the Pet Sounds Arena.

The show saw the group closing their set with a version of Prince's 'Nothing Compares 2 U'.

Taking the stage at 9:25pm (BST), the Putney electro-rockers shunned the quieter moments of their back catalogue until the finale of their show, delighting the crowd with raved-up versions of the likes of 'Over And Over' and 'Ready For The Floor'.

Hot Chip then ended their set with a tender version of the Prince song, blending it into their own ballad 'The Privacy Of Our Love' to end the show.

Hot Chip played:

'Out At The Pictures'
'And I Was A Boy From School'
'Hold On'
'Over And Over'
'No Fit State'
'One Pure Thought'
'Ready For The Floor'
'Nothing Compares 2 U'/'In The Privacy Of Our Love'
