Hot Chip have told NME.COM that they found recording their new album 'One Life Stand' easy, because it's the first record they’ve worked in a proper studio for the main part of an album's recording
Watch an exclusive video interview with the band talking about the album on the right.
Frontman Alexis Taylor explained that working at Lanark Studio's in London's Brick Lane enabled Hot Chip to push themselves further.
"We had space to do that and opportunity to do that in the proper way, rather than not really knowing how to mic up these things sat on a bed somewhere! It felt a little bit easier in that respect," Taylor explained.
