Hot Chip unveil new Peter Serafinowicz-directed football video - watch

The 'Don't Deny Your Heart' promo sees the band playing a football computer game

Hot Chip have unveiled the video for their new single, 'Don't Deny Your Heart'.

The video for the latest track to be taken from the electro band's 'In Our Heads' album once again sees them team up with comedian, writer and actor Peter Serafinowicz.

Serafinowicz – who also directed the videos for 'I Feel Better' and 'Night and Day' – has said of the new promo, which features the band playing a football computer game on their tourbus: "This is what football is all about".

Hot Chip's Alexis Taylor recently spoke to NME about his favourite pop artists at the moment, saying: "I think Rihanna's really good and I feel like whatever context she's in, I can connect to it. Not every singer can get you emotionally and I think she can. Having said that, I prefer her tracks before they were euphoric and trance-y."

Hot Chip will be playing aboard the SS Coachella next month as the Californian festival heads off on two separate cruises.

The SS Coachella will head to the Bahamas between December 16-19 and then to Jamaica December between 19-23. Prices start at £320 ($500).

It will host sets from Pulp, Warpaint and Grimes as well as DJ tutorials and wine tastings hosted by former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy.

Hot Chip have also just announced a headline show at New York's Roseland Ballroom for April 9, 2013.
