The House Of Love to reissue classic album

And they are playing it in full in London next month

The House Of Love are to reissue their classic debut album shortly after they play it in its entirety in London next month.

'The House Of Love', which originally came out in 1988, is re-released on September 24 will come packaged in a card gatefold sleeve featuring the definitive original artwork, plus extensive new sleeve notes.

The band, who reformed in 2005, will perform the album in full at London’s KOKO on September 13 as part of the 'Don't Look Back' series of shows.

The band will also re-release a compilation of early singles and rare tracks on September 24.

This record, also self-titled, was initially released in 1988 as an import only through Rough Trade Europe and collected together the A & B sides of the bands first two singles, 'Real Animal' and 'Shine On', plus some previously unreleased tracks.
