Plus former Cocteau Twins will appear at London bash

Howling Bells to play rare club show

Former Cocteau Twins bassist Simon Raymonde is to DJ at London club night Sonic Cathedral on April 20 –in support of his record label Bella Union’s brightest hopes.

Raymonde will be spinning discs before atmospheric Ausstralians Howling Bells take to the stage at the shoegazing club night, which takes place at The Legion, 348 Old Street, London EC1.

Also playing live on the night will be hotly-tipped Newcastle-based newcomers Greenspace.

Howling Bells release their new single ‘Blessed Night’ on May 1, with their self-titled debut album following a week later.
