Carling Stage line-up announced

Loads more names for Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds festivals

Howling Bells, TV On The Radio and Hot Chip are among the bands who will be playing on the Carling Stage at the Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds festivals this year.

The full line-up for the stage has been announced. Other highlights come from the headliners Bedouin Soundclash, Nouvelle Vague and Animal Collective.

This year's three day event takes place on the weekend of August (25-27) and will be headlined by Franz Ferdinand, Muse and Pearl Jam with bands including Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys, The Raconteurs and Dirty Pretty Things all confirmed for the bill.
