Howling Bells to make live return

Howling Bells are set to make their live return this week in London.

The band will play the Hoxton Bar And Kitchen on July 9, having recently completed sessions for their second album, the follow-up to 2006's eponymous effort.

The record was recorded at Sound Factory Studios in Los Angeles by producer Dan Grech-Marguerat (Radiohead, Paul McCartney).

A release date for the album and a new single will be confirmed soon.

Meanwhile, the band are set to play Latitude (July 18), Lovebox (20), Field Day (August 9), Summer Sundae (10) and Hydro Connect (29) festivals this summer.
