Hudson Mohawke has confirmed that he has signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label.

According to FACT, the Scottish producer's management company (United Management) tweeted that the producer had signed with West's label. In a subsequent email, a spokesperson for the company said Mohawke had signed to Very GOOD Beats – which is the production side of the label. He is still signed to Warp records for his own releases.

However, Mohawke tweeted yesterday: "no comment" followed by "nothing to announce on the subject til you hear it from the horses mouth."

Mohawke, who is half of the production duo TNGHT with Lunice, previously worked with West on 'Cruel Summer' co-producing the tracks 'Mercy', 'The One' and 'Bliss'. West joined TNGHT onstage during their set on New York in November during their gig at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg.

At the end of last year, Kanye West's rumoured 'Cruel Winter' album was confirmed by his protégé Big Sean. Sean revealed that he had indeed recorded a track for inclusion on 'Cruel Winter'. But like 'Clique', the breakout track from 'Cruel Summer', he had wanted to keep it for his own forthcoming second album 'Hall Of Fame: Memoirs Of A Detroit Player'.
