VIOLENT J LOW AFTER ARREST

Violent J is apprehended as the band make their way from a gig in Missouri...

INSANE CLOWN POSSE member VIOLENT J, aka JOSEPH BRUCE, was arrested following a gig in COLUMBIA, MISSOURI on Thursday (June 14).

The rappers had performed a show at the city's 1,200-capacity Blue Note, with Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J throwing a guitar, chair and other stage equipment into the crowd at the end of the gig, and invite their fans, called "Juggalos", up on stage.

After the show, Violent J left the venue with Shaggy 2 Dope, Psychopathic Patrick and Rude Boy to go back to their hotel.

Rude Boy reports on the ICP website that their car was pulled over at a gas station three miles from the venue. All four were ordered out of the car with their hands in the air, and told to lie with their faces on the ground. They were handcuffed, taken to separate cars and questioned.

One officer told Rude Boy that they were looking for J in connection with an alleged assault on a DJ in St Louis in February. J, 29, was taken to a police station for further questioning and charged with two counts of assault.

Rude Boy concluded by saying: "Well I am pissed that a petty ass little DJ would be such a little bitch and cause all this drama 'cause he got his ass stomped (allegedly) by the ICP crew about a year ago or something. Right now our homie is sitting in jail because of that little fuck. It was such a great show to end of a great tour, and then this."
