INSANE CLOWN POSSE TOUR BOSS FINED

The charge follows an incident where William Dail accosted a concert-goer who was waving a T-shirt with the face of the band's bitter rival Eminem on it..

INSANE CLOWN POSSE's tour manager has been fined $100 in OMAHA, NEBRASKA after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct following a show by the rappers in the town.

William Dail had previously pleaded not guilty to alleged misdemeanour assault and battery but, according to MTV, the charge was dropped after several prosecution witnesses could not be located, and he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

The charge relates to an incident following an Insane Clown Posse gig on May 8, when Dail accosted a 23-year-old who he claimed was waving an Eminem T-shirt and throwing M&M sweets at the group during their peformance. Detroit artists ICP and Eminem have had a high-profile and long-running rivalry.

The victim, Thomas Goonan claimed that Dail threw him against a wall and choked him.
