Modest Mouse, Interpol set for Lollapalooza

CSS, TV On The Radio, Kings of Leon also on board

Modest Mouse, Interpol, CSS, MIA, TV On The Radio, Kings Of Leon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and LCD Soundsystem will perform at this year's Lollapalooza Festival, it was announced today (April 11).

The festival is set to take place August 3-5 in Chicago's Grant Park.

Also on board for the massive festival are Muse, The View, Pearl Jam, Daft Punk, The Stooges, Snow Patrol, Spoon, Amy Winehouse, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Yo La Tengo, The Hold Steady, !!! and Peter, Bjorn and John.

Originally a travelling festival founded by Perry Farrell in 1991, Lollapalooza now stays put in Chicago. It also includes a Kidzapalooza component, which features performances geared toward youngsters.

Children under age 10 are admitted free.
