Interpol have announced two new members of their live set-up.

The New York band have recruited musician Dave Pajo to play bass following the departure of original member Carlos Dengler earlier this year. Secret Machines frontman Brandon Curtis has also joined the live line-up to play keyboards and sing backing vocals.

The band made the announcement on their official website, Interpolnyc.com.

Pajo has previously worked with Slint, Tortoise, Will Oldham and Zwan.

"We are very excited and honoured to be working with such talented individuals," they wrote on the site. "Come and see why."

Interpol are set to tour the UK and Ireland this winter and will release their fourth album in mid-September.
