JA RULE has turned himself into police in TORONTO and has been charged with assault.
The rapper made a short appearance in court in the city, after being charged with assault. The charge relates to an incident in a club last month, Reuters reports.
The rapper, real name Jeffrey Atkins, is free on bail.
He is expected back in court at the end of the month.
