Michael Jackson is in negotiations to reunite The Jackson 5, according to the singer's lawyer Brian Oxman.
The gigs, planned for the US, could earn Jackson an estimated £250 million.
The band last performed together 23 years ago, and are rumoured to be lining up 250 concerts in Las Vegas next year.
There are also plans to build a Michael Jackson theme park, casino, hotel and stadium in Nevada city.
A source told the Evening Standard: “Initially there will be a 'Best Of' album. Two new tracks will be recorded, there will be the stint in Las Vegas, then the US and the world.
“The deal being thrashed out is astronomical.”
