Jamie T has told NME.COM that his appearances at this weekend’s Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals will be his last live outings of the year.
The Wimbledon-based singer has also revealed that he won’t be coming back any time soon.
When asked if this weekend’s appearances will be his last of 2007, T said, “Yeah! We might do a few unplanned events of discos, but like proper gig-wise, they’ll be our last for a while.”
Speaking about embarking on the process of making a second album, the follow-up to this year's 'Panic Prevention', T said, “I've never really written an album before. My first record took years to write. I don’t know when I’m actually going to bring out my second record.
“I don’t plan to take years on it,” he added, “and I don’t plan to bash it out in two weeks. So somewhere in between!”
