Jamie T joins the walking dead in 'Zombie' video – watch Jamie T Tickets

Second song taken from new album 'Carry On The Grudge' is due for release on September 29

Jamie T and his band turn into zombies in the gory video for new single 'Zombie'. Click to watch now.

The song is the second track taken from the returning singer-songwriter's forthcoming third album 'Carry On The Grudge'. In the video, a normal-looking Jamie T slowly succumbs to a zombie plague, as do his bandmates. His drummer is forced to use her own arm as a drumstick after it falls off.

Speaking to Zane Lowe on his BBC Radio 1 show last night (August 11), Jamie T discussed his absence from the music industry since he finished touring 2009's 'Kings & Queens'. "I kind of felt at the end of the last record it was a good place to put a stop on it," he commented. "I've been doing this since I was a kid." He added that he took time out in order to keep his music fresh.

Jamie T tours later this year, playing 10 dates in total, starting in Bristol on October 30. He will then visit Southampton, Norwich, Newcastle, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow and Birmingham, concluding with a huge homecoming gig at Alexandra Palace in London on November 14.
