JAMIROQUAI made their comeback gig at a 'secret' live show in LONDON last night.
The group performed a 90 minute set to 60 people at the Music Bank Studios in south London. The performance is likely to be almost identical to their forthcoming headline show at the Ministry Of Sound festival in Knebworth on August 11.
The group were supported by a brass section, and as predicted yesterday on NME.COM, were joined by soul singer Beverly Knight.
Knight, who is also set to join the band at Knebworth, sang backing vocals on new songs 'Love Foolosophy' and 'Main Vein'. Both feature on forthcoming album 'A Funk Odyssey', which is released on September 3.
The group also covered Donna Summer's disco anthem 'Bad Girls' as part of their set.
One fan who was at the show told NME.COM: "The gig was in this tiny rehearsal room. I've been lucky to see them play all across the world but this was easily the closest I've been to the band - the stage was only inches from most people! Even though there weren't many people there it was still like a gig rather than a rehearsal."
