singer was questioned by police this week following accusations that he broke a
photographer's camera and flash, and then physically attacked him.

Kay[/url] is due to face magistrates next Monday (October 8). The maximum sentence
for common assault is six months' jail, with a possible three months for criminal
damage. According to today's Sun newspaper (October 5), a
spokesman for the star said: "Jay
