JAMIROQUAI frontman JAY KAY has pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting a photographer outside a nightclub in LONDON.

According to a report in this morning's Sun (October 9), the singer made a short appearance at the Bow Street Magistrates' Court in central London. In court, the singer confirmed his name and denied the charges, and the case was adjourned until October 22.

The charges relate to an alleged incident in April this year, near the Attica nightclub in London.
