Jarvis Cocker, Air, and The Divine Comedy's Neil Hannon's collaborative album with French actress Charlotte Gainsbourg will finally be released Stateside this spring.

Gainsbourg -- who has starred in films including '21 Grams' and 'The Science of Sleep' -- released '5:55' in the UK and Europe last September. It will be released in the US via Atlantic/Vice on April 24.

As previously announced, the daughter of legendary French artist Serge Gainsbourg worked with Cocker to pen the lyrics, and Air provided the music.

She also brought in Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, as well as Beck's father David Campbell who handled the album's string arrangements.

Rounding out the all-star cast was Tony Allen, the renowned Fela Kuti drummer who is now a member of Damon Albarn's super group, The Good, The Bad & The Queen.
