Made for TV popstar David Sneddon remains at the top of the UK single charts tonight (January 26) with his debut track 'Stop Living The Lie'.

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake has profited from his new friendship with The Flaming Lips seeing his album 'Justified' rise to number one, knocking Avril Lavigne from the summit.

Back on the single charts, Jay-Z, scores the highest new entry, seeing '03 Bonnie & Clyde', his duet with current squeeze Beyonce Knowles, chart at number two. Stroppy teen opera queen Charlotte Church enjoys considerable success with her first cross-over single. 'The Opera Song (Brave New World)', goes in at number three. The only other entry on the top 10 comes at 10 from Craig David with 'Hidden Agenda'.

There are only three other new entries on the top 20. Lemon Jelly at 16 with 'Nice Weather For Ducks', returning rock outfit The Wildhearts at 17 with the snappily titled 'Stormy In The North Karma In The South' and high-pitched journeyman smoochcome Darren Hayes at 19 with 'Crush'.

Into the lower reaches of the chart, and Bee Gee Robin Gibb enters at 23 with solo track 'Please'. Renewed interest in the band following the death of Maurice Gibb a fortnight ago has seen their current greatest hits album climb greatly this week from 30 to nine.

Meanwhile, US rock behemoths Audioslave see debut single 'Cochise' chart disappointingly at 24, which is, though, ahead of DJ Sneak at 26 and Hell Is For Heroes at 28.

Driftwood at 32 with 'Freeloader' and Underworld at 34 with 'Dinosaur Adventure 3D' were the only other new entries on the 40.

There were no brand new entries on the top 10.
