Jay-Z has revealed that his next studio album, 'The Blueprint 3', will be released on September 11, eight years after his first 'Blueprint' album was issued.
The release has been produced by Kanye West and will be the follow-up to the rapper's 2007 soundtrack album to the film 'American Gangster'.
The new release date was confirmed by MTV News.
Kanye West recently discussed Jay-Z's forthcoming new album, outlining how the rapper was in control of his own career, with the album set to be released through his own Roc Nation label.
