Concerns have been raised regarding the privacy of customers using Jay-Z's Samsung app.

Billboard reports that over half a million users have downloaded the app, which is part of a $5 million (£3.28 million) deal the rapper has signed with Samsung where the communications company has bought one million copies of his new album 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' to give to its users in advance of the official release date via a special app.

However, fans have complained about the terms and conditions they are expected to sign to get the app. Rapper Killer Mike posted a picture of the agreement online, which allows Samsung to "modify or delete contents of your USB storage", "prevent phone from sleeping", access "approximate network location" and "precise GPS location," full network communication access and "read phone status and identity". Tweeting a response to the picture, Killer Mike wrote "Naw, I'm cool."

'Magna Carta Holy Grail is due for release tomorrow (July 4) and the rapper has revealed a tracklist for the record, which confirms guest appearances from Rick Ross, Frank Ocean, Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake. As revealed last week, Jay-Z's new album will use lyrics taken from REM's 'Losing My Religion' and 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' by Nirvana.

The 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' tracklist is:

'Picasso Baby'
'Heaven'
'Versus'
'Tom Ford'
'Beach Is Better'
'F**kWithMeYouKnowIGotIt' (Feat. Rick Ross)
'Oceans' (Feat. Frank Ocean)
'F.U.T.W.
'Part II (On The Run)' (Feat. Beyoncé)
'BBC'
'La Familia'
'Jay-Z Blue'
'Nickles & Dimes'
'Holy Grail' (feat. Justin Timberlake)
'Open Letter'
