Jerry Lee Lewis announces UK dates

Jerry Lee Lewis has announced a pair of UK dates for later this month.

The legendary rock 'n' roll man will play at London's 100 Club on October 25, and the Kentish Town Forum in the capital on October 28.

The second gig is part of the London Rock 'N' Roll Festival and will also see performances from Lewis' sister Linda Gail, The Memphis Beat, Wanda Jackson and Darrel Higham And The Enforcers.

The festival has also announced details of a second show at the Forum on November 8, which will feature Jack Scott Ans His American Band, Frankie 'Sea Cruise' Ford, Crazy Cavan And The Rhythm Rockers and Diz And The Doormen.

A third concert, featuring Little Richard has been postponed until March 2009, due to the legend having to undergo surgery following a mild heart attack.
