JERRY LEE LEWIS' sister LINDA GAIL is to team up with Van Morrison to record an album of country, rockabilly and blues classics, called 'YOU WIN AGAIN', to be released on October 3 through POINTBLANK/VIRGIN.

The 13-track album will include one brand new Van composition, plus covers, including tracks by Hank Williams and [/b]John Lee Hooker[/b], among others.

The idea for the collaboration first took root after the pair met at a Jerry Lee Lewis convention in Newport, South Wales in 1993, but it wasn't until she had gone to see him play live in Cardiff that they decided to play together.

Van[/b] and Linda have two live dates confirmed at Dublin Olympia on September 25 and 26.
