Jessie Ware has announced plans for the first single from her forthcoming second album.

The singer took to Twitter to tell her followers that 'Tough Love' will receive its debut on BBC Radio 1 next Monday June 16 on Zane Lowe's show at 7.30pm.

DIY Mag reports that a collaboration with Ed Sheeran will feature on Ware's new LP, which follows 2012's Mercury Prize nominated 'Devotion'. Kid Harpoon and The Invisible's Dave Okumu are again set to produce the album.

Ware will play the Wilderness festival in August. Meanwhile, Miguel has revealed he is working with Jessie Ware on his third album. The R&B singer has begun work on the follow-up to 2012's 'Kaleidoscope Dream' and spent a fortnight in LA working with Ware on a song for the record.

Earlier this year electronic producer SBTRKT shared a previously unreleased song featuring Jessie Ware, called 'Runaway'. The track, which only lasts for 1 minute and 15 seconds, was played by SBTRKT at end of his set at the Young Turks New Year's Eve party in Tulum, Mexico, which also saw sets from Grimes, The xx, John Talabot and Chairlift. Scroll down to listen to 'Runaway', which in addition to Ware features "a sprinkle of Sampha from 2 years back!"
