Quentin Tarantino dismisses Hendrix film
Contrary to reports, he will not be making the movie
Quentin Tarantino has revealed that he is not making a Hollywood film about the life of the late Jimi Hendrix.
Reports emerged last week that the 'Pulp Fiction' director was at the pre-production stage of the untitled biopic.
It was believed that he was also working alongside Hendrix’s estate on the project.
However, talking to pagesix.com, a spokesperson for Tarantino said: “It's not a project Quentin has any involvement with, and his representatives have never been contacted by anyone associated with it.”
Tarantino also spoke to Ain’t It Cool News, saying the reports were a “complete fabrication” and that "there's not even an iota of truth to it".
