JJ72 have announced details of one of their most ambitious UK tours to date.

The Irish three-piece, who played a show at the London Camden Dingwalls last week (August 3) attended by members of the Manic Street Preachers, Blur, Suede and Lightning Seeds, are confirmed to play: Wrexham Central Station (October 3) Hanley Sugarmill (4) Leicester Charlotte (5) Oxford Zodiac (7) Northampton Roadmender (8) Liverpool Lomax (9) Aberdeen Lemon Tree (11) Glasgow King Tut's Wah Wah Hut (12) Manchester Hop And Grape (14) Bristol Fleece & Firkin (16) Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (17) London WC1 ULU (19) Derby Victoria Inn (21) Newcastle University Of Northumbria (23) Leeds Cockpit (24) Gloucester Guildhall Arts Centre (27) Sheffield Leadmill (28)

The tour will follow the release of a new single, 'Oxygen' on August 14 and the band's eponymous debut album on August 28. Both are released through Lakota Records.

The band are also confirmed to play a show at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on August 24, supporting Pulp, as well as the Carling Weekend Festivals in Reading and Leeds over the August Bank holiday weekend (25-28).
