Despite last week's protestations of innocence to NME.COM, K-CI & JO JO's K-CI HAILEY has been charged with indecent exposure, following allegations that he dropped his trousers and revealed his genitals to audiences at last December's KIIS-FM annual JINGLE BALLin LOS ANGELES.

Concert-goers made immediate protests to police after K-Ci's performance, in which it was alleged that the former lead singer of Jodeci and current co-lead of sibling duo K-Ci & Jojo "grabbed himself during different stages of erection".


K-Ci, who went missing after the alleged event and resurfaced just last week, has strongly denied the charges. However, police have revealed that they have charged the singer with 23 counts of indecent exposure and one count of lewd conduct. This news puts the impending Jodeci reunion in jeopardy.
