Cancelled Joe Lean And The Jing Jang Jong album leaks
'Lost' album finds its way online
Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong's cancelled debut album has been leaked onto file-sharing websites.
The so-called 'lost' album was canned by the band just two weeks before it was due to be released (August 4).
Now, fans of the band have been able to hear the scrapped record in its entirety after it found its way onto sites such as Rapidshare.
The band's manager, Raye Cosbert, told NME.COM that the five-piece are now planning to re-record the album in the near future.
"They've grown as musicians, the album was recorded too early in their career," he explained when the group decided to drop the album. "The band have all agreed that's it's the best thing to do."
According to Cosbert, the new record has a tentative release date of early 2009.
