'Nowhere Boy', directed by Sam Taylor-Wood and with a screenplay by Matt Greenhalgh (who wrote the script for the 2007 Joy Division film 'Control') is about Lennon's childhood and adolescence.

Based on the book 'Imagine This: Growing Up With My Brother John Lennon' by the star's half-sister, Julia Baird, the film also includes music by Goldfrapp.

'Nowhere Boy' will premiere tonight (October 29) as part of the closing night of the London Film Festival, with a general release date of December 26 slated.
