John Peel 'lost' Festive 50 recreated in new book
'The Peel Sessions' is published next week
A new book about late legendary radio DJ John Peel will be released next Thursday (September 4).
'The Peel Sessions', released by BBC publishing and written by Ken Garner, documents Peel's ‘Sessions’ radio show.
In the book, Garner has reconstructed Peel’s 1977 Festive 50 list, which was never recorded officially.
The list includes the likes of Sex Pistols, The Clash and Iggy Pop.
