Johnny Cash guitar to go under the hammer

A guitar featuring the lyrics to the Johnny Cash's track 'I Walk The Line' is to go under the hammer in Arizona later this week.

The Martin guitar was used extensively by the singer in the 1980s and is the only guitar inscribed with Cash's lyrics.

Other items set to be auctioned include handwritten lyrics to 'Folsom Prison Blues', a jumpsuit worn by the singer during his 1969 performance at Quentin State Prison, a personalised leather briefcase, a custom designed black rose embroidered shirt and a pair of signed boots.

The auction takes place in Scottsdale on Sunday (January 21).
