Johnny Depp ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean 4’ trailer targeted by intruders

Security guards foil pair who dressed up as pirates to breach London set

Two men were stopped by security guards trying to get into Johnny Depp‘s trailer while he was filming scenes for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in London.

Despite wearing the costumes to pass as extras, the intruders were spotted by bodyguards and thrown off the set of the fourth film in the franchise, The Sun reports.

The incident follows a similar attempt by Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator Darren Potter from East Ham, London, who did manage to get past security pretending to be the actor, while Depp himself visited a nearby Greenwich primary school last week in full costume after a pupil had written to him about wanting to “mutiny” against her teachers..

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is due for release on May 20 next year.
