The Cribs' Johnny Marr has scored and narrated a short art film, which you can watch below

The film celebrates American artist Ed Ruscha's 1963 piece 'Noise', which along with other paintings is on show at London's Southbank Centre.

The 30-second clip is the work of director Fiona Skinner, whose film recently won a competition which asked directors to produce a video that represented Ruscha's work.

The exhibition Fifty Years Of Painting, runs at the Southbank Centre till January 10.
