Johnny Marr debuts new track 'The Right Thing Right' – listen

Hear the latest cut to be taken from new album 'The Messenger'

Johnny Marr has debuted a new track called 'The Right Thing Right' – scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to listen.

The song is taken from the former Smiths guitarist's forthcoming solo album 'The Messenger', which is set for release on February 25. The album was recorded in Manchester and Berlin, and mastered at London's Abbey Road by Frank Arkwright. The pair previously worked together on remastering work for The Smiths' box set 'Complete'.

Other songs set to be included on the LP include 'Upstarts', 'European Me', 'I Want The Heartbeat' and 'The Messenger' – to see the video for the album's title track, click below.

Marr has also announced details of his first ever solo tour, which will encompass a run of 10 gigs in March 2013.
