BUNDLE OF JOY FOR USA

The JOY DIVISION
box set 'HEARTANDSOUL' is to be released in the US next month, three years after it was issued in the UK.

The compilation includes both the band's albums, singles and radio sessions which were previously unavailable in the US, plus tracks recorded live around the globe.

The first CD will feature their 1979 debut 'Unknown Pleasures' plus singles including 'Digital', while CD two will feature the 1980 follow-up album 'Closer', completed shortly before singer Ian Curtis' suicide, and 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'.

CD three will include their first EP 'An Ideal For Living' and radio sessions, while the fourth and final CD will feature live tracks chosen by the three surviving members of Joy Division, Peter Hook, Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris.

In related news, - New Order make their comeback to the live stage in the UK this Wednesday (July 16) at Liverpool Olympia. Click back to NME.COM for a full report on the show.
