Juliette Lewis has been added to the list of performers set to honour MC5’s Wayne Kramer tomorrow (May 1) in New York.
Lewis will join Kramer, Iggy Pop, Perry Farrell, Tom Morello, Jerry Cantrell, Don Was and Billy Bragg at the benefit concert, which is a tribute to former MC5 guitarist Kramer, and proceeds from the event will go to Road Recovery, an organisation that helps young people battle addictions and other adversities.
Joan As Police Woman, Miggs and Ours are also on the bill for the event.
The show will take place at the Nokia Theatre.
Lewis is currently gearing up for the release of her brand new album ‘Terra Incognita’, which comes out later this year.
