Justin Bieber has been pulled over and ticketed by police in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old pop star was ticketed by cops yesterday evening (November 13) after they pulled over his flash white Ferrari in the West Hollywood neighbourhood, according to TMZ.

Bieber was accosted by police after he made an unsafe left turn. It was then discovered by police that his car registration had expired. In July, Bieber received another ticket in LA for speeding in one of his other cars.

Bieber was named Best Male Act and Pop Act and also won the World Stage award at the MTV EMA awards earlier this week in Frankfurt, but wasn't present at the ceremony to pick up his trophies.

It has also been reported that Bieber has just split from his girlfriend Selena Gomez. According to Us Weekly, the pop couple broke up because of their busy schedules. Bieber is currently promoting his second album, 'Believe', while Gomez is filming a new programme for the Disney Channel.

"Selena broke up with Justin about a week ago," a source told the magazine. "It's been a really challenging experience over the last year because of their crazy schedules. Selena definitely had some major trust issues with Justin."
