Timberlake goes back to his children's TV roots

Justin Timberlake has been announced as the presenter of Nickelodeon's 20th Annual Kid's Choice awards on March 31.

The event will take place at the University Of California in Los Angeles.

In a statement Timberlake said: "I'm revvving up to have an even bigger blast than usual. While honouring kids' opinions, it taps into the kid in all of us."

Timberlake was famously an alumni of the children's TV programme 'The Mickey Mouse Club' along with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera in the early 90s.

Timberlake is nominated for Best Male Singer along with Christ Brown, Jessse McCartney and Sean Paul.
