CEDRIC K-CI HAILEY of R&B superstarsK-CI & JOJO is being sued by a family in California for allegedly
causing them emotional distress when he appeared to expose his genitals onstage
at the Shrine Theatre during Los Angeles radio station
KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball on December 16.
The court action, filed by the Garcia family of
Anaheim last week, seeks unspecified damages and psychological
counselling from K-Ci and cites the singer as a "sexual
deviant".
K-Ci already faces criminal charges for indecent exposure
following the incident at the concert which also featured performances from Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi and Macy Gray .
