Kaiser Chiefs have been road testing new songs from their second album, the follow up to 2005’s ’Employment’.

Speaking to NME.COM, singer Ricky Wilson said the European crowds the band have been playing to have been very receptive to the new material.

Wilson said: “This week we flew to Europe to play some killer rock shows. We’re playing half a set of new songs and the crowds are already doing backing vocals for the new songs, so they must be pretty good.”

As previously reported the band have completed recording 22 tracks for the new album in Oxfordshire. It's due out in February.
