The band gear up for massive hometown show

Kaiser Chiefs have announced that they will play three warm-up shows in the Scottish Highlands next month to prepare for their upcoming Leeds stadium gig.

The band are taking a break from writing and recording new material for the follow-up to 2007's 'Yours Truly, Angry Mob' to prepare for their massive hometown gig on May 24 at Elland Road.

Tickets for the warm-up shows go on sale today (April 16) via Ticketmaster.

The warm-up dates are:

Strathpeffer, Scotland Spa Pavilion (May 19, 20)
Oban, Scotland Corran Halls (21)
