Kanye West has revealed full details of his collaboration with Coldplay’s Chris Martin.

The track is called ’Graduation’ and is also the title of West’s third album, the follow up to 2005’s ’Late Registration’, reports Billboard.

The album is also set to feature the track ’Can’t Tell Me Nothing’, a clip of which has leaked online.

It features West rapping: “I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven/When I woke I spent that on a necklace/I told God I’d be back in a second/ Man, it’s so hard not to act reckless.”

Jon Brion, who also collaborated with West on ’Late Registration’, is also featured on the album.

West will appear at the US leg of Live Earth in New Jersey on July 7.
