Kanye West has revealed the tracklisting and cover art for his forthcoming album 'Graduation'.

The hip-hop star has unveiled the details via US iTunes, where the album is currently available for pre-order.

The album cover features the cartoon head of a brown bear sporting white sunglasses on a blue background, with "Kanye West" written across the top in large yellow letters and 'Graduation' written in white across the bottom.

The follow-up to 2005's 'Late Registration' contains 15 tracks with collaborations from the likes of Coldplay's Chris Martin, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco and Pharrell, as previously reported.

West recently pushed back the release date to September 11, the same day that 50 Cent is scheduled to release his new album 'Curtis'.
